How does it work, and do I need the sun?

GLOW uses plant carotenoids that slowly store in the outer layer of your skin and add a natural warm tint from within. There is no melanotan, no needles, and no surface dye that can streak or transfer. You do not need the sun for GLOW to work. Based on published research on carotenoids and what we hear from customers, when you do get sun your colour often looks more even and can build into a richer looking tan. This is not sun protection, so please wear SPF any time you are outdoors.

Is it for me?

Yes. GLOW is for anyone who wants a believable glow, including very fair skin, redheads, and men. Because it is melanin free, it warms your undertone rather than forcing a tan. It also works as a great daily beauty gummy even if you are not chasing a tan, since carotenoids are antioxidants that support healthy looking skin and a more even looking tone from within. It is vegan, gluten free, and gelatin free, with a light flavour. Results vary by person.

Will I turn orange?

No. We use a balanced blend of beta carotene, lycopene, and astaxanthin so the colour reads golden rather than orange. If your tone ever feels warmer than you like, move to one gummy a day.

What colour will I get?

Honest talk. This is not an ultra dark mousse replacement. Expect a natural daily glow that many people use instead of their weekly tan, or they do the weekly tan less often. If you love a deeper event day look, GLOW plays nicely underneath your usual mousse.

When will I see results?

Most people notice a first change around week four, and many see a fuller result between weeks six and eight with daily use. Some people will not notice much until week eight. Stick with it, stay consistent, and remember that results vary by person.

How do I take it?

Take two gummies every day with food. Carotenoids are fat soluble, so pairing with avocado, olive oil, nuts, or yogurt can help uptake. If you have a sensitive tummy, start with one a day for the first week and increase when you feel good. If you pause, your colour softens as skin renews, then rebuilds when you restart daily use.

Can I use it with fake tan, and can I still enjoy the sun?

Yes to both. You can keep mousse or spray while GLOW builds in the background, then scale back once the glow sets in. Enjoy the sun sensibly, and always wear SPF, since GLOW is not a sunscreen. Based on carotenoid science and user experience, many people find that when they do get sun their tan looks more even and reads a touch richer, with less patchiness.

Who should not take it, and any safety notes

Please skip GLOW while pregnant or breastfeeding, and keep out of reach of children. If you take medication, manage vitamin A intake, smoke or recently quit, or have any health condition, talk to your doctor first. Most people tolerate carotenoids well, but if anything feels off for you, stop and seek advice from a healthcare professional.

Shelf life, storage, and is it permanent?

Check the best before date on the base of your jar. Store sealed, cool, and dry, away from direct sunlight, and below 25 C. The glow is not permanent, it is maintained with daily use and fades gently when you pause. GLOW is vegan, gelatin free, and gluten free.

Where we ship

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Processing times

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order is on the move.

Delivery timeframes

Metro areas usually land first, regional and international take a little longer. Exact estimates and carriers are shown at checkout and in your tracking link.

Shipping Fees

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and carrier options. Any promos or free-shipping offers will apply automatically when eligible.

Tracking

Your tracking link arrives via email once your parcel is scanned by the carrier. If tracking hasn’t updated for 48 hours after dispatch, reach out and we’ll take a look.

Address changes & order edits

Spotted a mistake? Contact us ASAP with your order number. We can update details until your order has been packed. After that, the carrier has the wheel.

Damaged or melted on arrival

Heat happens. If anything arrives less than perfect, email support with your order number and clear photos of the issue and the shipping label. We’ll make it right quickly.

Returns & refunds

Unopened jars can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start your request via the Return Policy in our Help Centre for the full steps and address details.

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. Send your unopened jar back for a refund, then place a fresh order when you’re ready.

International duties & taxes

Some countries may charge duties or VAT on delivery. These are set locally and are the responsibility of the recipient.
